St. Theresa's Catholic High School Evacuated

Hundreds of St. Theresa's Catholic High School students found themselves shivering in the cold Dec. 16 after a fire alarm forced the evacuation of the building.

According to the Midland Fire Department, the alarm was caused not by a fire, but by a broken sprinkler head in the wood shop.

Few of the students had time to grab their boots or winter coats before heading outside. They were allowed back into the school a short time later.
