All items are non-refundable. Standard stock guards may be exchanged for a different model within 10 business days of the ship date. The customer is responsible for any additional cost difference for exchanged guards, as well as all shipping charges (for the original order, return, and replacement shipments). All orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee and quality inspection by Space Age Electronics, Inc. upon return. The customer is responsible for any additional charges due to product damage. Please contact us prior to shipping your return to obtain an RMA number.  No return will be accepted without an RMA number.
