All items are non-refundable. Standard stock guards may be exchanged for a different model within 10 business days of ship date. The customer is responsible for any difference in additional cost for exchanged guards as well as all shipping charges (on original order, return, and replacement shipments). All orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee and quality inspection by SprinkGUARD upon return. The customer is responsible for any additional charges due to product damages. Please contact us prior to shipping your return to obtain an RMA number.
